Terms of Service
Last updated: February 21, 2025
1. Acceptance of terms
EmulatorPilot provides automation tooling for Evony emulators. By requesting access, creating an account, or using any portion of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use EmulatorPilot.
2. Beta access and eligibility
EmulatorPilot is currently in a private beta. Access is granted at the discretion of the team and may be revoked at any time. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that all registration information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify the EmulatorPilot team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share your account with other players or attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.
4. Acceptable use
When using EmulatorPilot you agree that you will not:
- Attempt to disrupt, disable, or interfere with EmulatorPilot services or infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of EmulatorPilot without permission.
- Upload malicious code, scripts, or content that could harm EmulatorPilot, other users, or the underlying game.
- Use the platform in ways that violate applicable laws or the terms that govern the games and emulators you automate.
5. Game and platform compliance
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the rules established by Evony and any emulator providers. EmulatorPilot is a tool; you remain accountable for how you configure and deploy automation. If your use of the platform violates a third party's terms, your access to EmulatorPilot may be suspended or terminated.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to EmulatorPilot at any time for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these terms, threatens service integrity, or poses risk to other players. You may end your participation by requesting account deletion through the beta support channels. Once terminated, you must cease all use of EmulatorPilot automations.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
EmulatorPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmulatorPilot and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as EmulatorPilot evolves. When changes occur we will revise the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, communicate updates through email, in-app messaging, or the community Discord. Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to the EmulatorPilot beta team via Discord or by emailing support@emulatorpilot.com. Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected and used while the service is in beta.
